How does it work ?

Everytime you make a purchase at Avon Mill Garden Centre you present your card and collect voucher points. Every two months we then send you vouchers to the value of the points you have gained that you can redeem against any of our gardening products. That's basically it...

Terms and Conditions of use

1. The Garden Card remains the property of the garden centre and can only be used when making purchases from the authorised Garden Centre named on the front of the card. 2. Subject to the terms hereof, reward vouchers will only be sent to UK resident cardholders who have fully completed and returned the Garden Card application form. 3. To qualify for reward vouchers the Garden Centre must be presented at the till when purchases are made. Transactions made without the Garden Card cannot be recorded and therefore, cannot count towards reward voucher offers. 4. Reward vouchers cannot be redeemed against Garden Gift Tokens or bottled gas as they carry no cash value. 5. Reward vouchers cannot be redeemed for goods sold in concessions or franchises, or at coffee shops and restaurants. 6. Change cannot be given against reward vouchers. 7. A garden centre authorised to issue Garden Cards reserves the right to decline issue, withdraw the card or alter it’s conditions at any time, or terminate the Garden Card facility at any time. 8. It is the responsibility of the cardholder to notify the Garden Card of any change of address or personal details. 9. You may apply for a new Garden Card if yours is lost or stolen. Any accrued benefit will be transferred to your new Card. 10. If a cardholder’s Garden Card is not used for a purchase from the Garden Centre within any twelve month period, the holder will be deemed to have with-drawn from the scheme and any unredeemed accrued benefits withdrawn. 11. In the event of any query, a cardholder’s receipt will be required as evidence of purchase. 12. A cardholder’s card and any unredeemed accrued benefits are not transferable. 13. The cardholder’s card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. 14. The conditions and use stated on the reverse of the Garden Card form part of the Terms and Conditions. 15. The card is not a credit payment or cheque guarantee card. 16. Nothing in the Terms and Conditions shall affect your statutory rights.
